Build With Us
We are building the community of people who will build these machines — and going out to find the funding that pays for them. Applications open early 2027; this is how you get in before they do.

The public builder call runs on a three-week window in early 2027, followed by technical interviews. Registering now costs you nothing, commits you to nothing, and puts you in the builder community we are assembling in the meantime — so you get the rulebook, the reference chassis and the application link the day each one lands, rather than hearing about a three-week window in its second week.
Builders
You engineer and build the machine. Selected on record, not enthusiasm — and funded, so you are not paying to compete.
Creators & Team Owners
Take on a robot and make it yours. Name it, brand it, film the build, stand in its corner. We help put the funding together and pair you with a builder who can actually finish it.
Pilots
Fast hands, no workshop. Machines are joystick-driven and driving is a discipline of its own. Teams will need people who can do it under pressure.
Crew
Safety marshals, pit crew, camera operators, commentators, scorekeepers. Event days do not run themselves and crew get the best view in the building.

The first thing we are building is not a robot. It is a community of people who can build one.
Register now and you join that group: you get the rulebook and the reference chassis as they publish, you can ask us technical questions and get real answers, and you are in the room with other people attempting the same difficult thing.
From there our job is funding. We go out to sponsors, suppliers and creators on behalf of the builders in this community, so that a machine gets paid for by somebody other than the person building it. Creators who join can go further and take on a robot of their own — their name on it, their audience through the build, their corner on the night.
And we take the two hardest subsystems off your critical path: the Control Package arrives built and tested, and the Striker Reference Chassis gives you a documented lower body to build from or ignore entirely.

What We
Screen For
Interviews run about thirty minutes and they are technical. We are trying to answer one question: has this person finished a machine of comparable complexity before?
- Completed builds — combat robots, competition rovers, industrial prototypes, anything with actuators and consequences
- Shop access and the tooling the job actually needs
- Realistic capacity against a twenty-six week build with weekly milestones
- An honest account of what you have not done before
Enthusiasm does not finish an 80 kg robot. We would rather turn someone down at interview than watch them run out of road in month seven — and either way we will tell you plainly which it is.
What Taking On a Machine Looks Like
- The robot carries your name, your colours and your design input
- You are paired with a vetted builder who can finish it — you do not need to weld anything
- Full access to the build: workshop footage, weekly progress, the failures as well as the wins
- Your own corner stream on fight night, and the footage afterwards
- We work the sponsorship side with you, so the cost is shared rather than carried alone
- Your machine is on the card whether or not you ever pick up a spanner

There are maybe a hundred people on earth who will get to own a fighting humanoid in the next two years. We would like some of them to be creators who came to us early.
Solo makers cannot produce combat content, because combat content needs an opponent, a cage, a safety authority and seven other machines. That is exactly the constraint MekaStrike removes. You bring an audience and a name; we bring the fight.
And you are not writing a cheque into the dark. We work the sponsorship side alongside you, so a machine is funded by a mix of backers rather than one person carrying all of it.
What a Team Gets
Supplied, Not Improvised
The Control Package
Radio link, receiver, loss-of-signal failsafe, master power link, weapon-lock interlock and telemetry board — built, tested and shipped to you. Identical on every machine in the field.
The Reference Chassis
Robot Zero's lower body as free CAD, a bill of materials with supplier links, build notes and the pitfalls we hit first. Use it, modify it, or design your own.
Funding, Chased by Us
We take the sponsorship conversations to suppliers, brands and creators on your behalf. You should be in a workshop, not writing sponsorship decks.
A Milestone Schedule
A shared build schedule and a twenty-minute check-in every week in the same slot. Slipping is normal; slipping invisibly is not.
Shakedown Day
A private full-scale test day in the assembled cage ten weeks before the event. Test fights, radio coordination across the whole field, repair-turnaround rehearsal.
Production
Multi-camera capture of every fight, professionally cut. Your machine on a proper stage with proper lighting, and footage you can use however you like.
A Field, Not Eight Strangers
Everyone meets and fights privately at shakedown. By September the field is a scene rather than eight teams who have never spoken.
